Integration scope
PMS, channel manager, booking engine, CRM — deeper integrations mean more automation on the call.

The comparison that matters: what unanswered calls cost
Our analysis of 13,200 inbound calls across 15 hotels found on average €45,000 in gross booking potential per hotel per month on the phone line — with a single congress enquiry worth €22,000 on average. Against that, the question is rarely whether an AI receptionist pays for itself, but how quickly. The full data is public — bring your own call volume to the demo and we calculate it for your house.
Pricing: frequently asked questions
How is Alveni AI priced?+
As a flat, predictable monthly rate — not per call and not per minute. The rate is tailored to four factors: monthly call volume, number of properties, integration scope (PMS, channel manager, booking engine) and language coverage. You receive a transparent written quote in the first 30-minute demo.
Why is there no public price list?+
Because a 40-room boutique hotel and a 300-room conference property have completely different call volumes and integration needs — a single list price would overcharge one and undercharge the other. The quote is transparent, itemised and fixed before you commit.
Are there setup costs?+
Onboarding is white-glove — knowledge-base ingestion, PMS integration, voice configuration and test calls with your team are part of the package. Whether a one-time setup component applies depends on integration scope; it is stated clearly in the quote, never invoiced as a surprise.
What is always included?+
Every plan includes 24/7 call answering, up to 100 parallel calls, 30 languages with automatic detection, the hotel knowledge base, staff transfer with conversation summaries, call analytics, EU hosting and GDPR compliance. There is no feature paywall between 'basic' and 'real'.
How does the cost compare to the alternatives?+
A single night-shift receptionist costs more per month than the AI does — and covers eight hours, one language, one call at a time. Human answering services bill per call at rates that typically total 60–70% more for equivalent volume, and they take messages rather than bookings. Our study of 13,200 hotel calls found roughly €45,000 in monthly gross booking potential per hotel on the phone line; the AI's job is to stop that potential from ringing out.
Is there a minimum term?+
Terms are agreed per contract and stated in the quote. We earn renewals with answered calls, not lock-ins.
