Frequently asked questions about the AI workshop

Does the AI workshop take place online or on site?+
Both are possible. The online workshop is the compact entry point (1–2 processes from one area, remote, 2–3 hours). The 2-day on-site workshop is the core package: analysis, implementation and handover of 2–3 processes, typically in one department. The 3-day workshop extends to 4–6 processes across several departments plus in-depth training, after which your team builds its own automations. And the five-day AI Sprint — inspired by the design sprint — is the full programme: a week through the whole property, from analysis to live testing, training and an AI playbook.
Will the workshop disrupt our day-to-day operations?+
No. We work alongside your team and fit around your quiet periods — guest operations continue as normal.
What happens to our data?+
We work inside your own Claude environment. Guest and business data stay with you; we handle them carefully and in line with GDPR.
Does this run on our computers or somewhere on the internet?+
The automations run locally in your own Claude environment on your machines — not on third-party servers in the background. If the computer is off, the system does nothing. Which also means: nothing happens unless you or your team actively trigger it — you stay in full control at all times.
Does my team need technical skills?+
No. If your team knows its daily routines on the PC, that is plenty — we show the rest step by step. The goal is that every automation can be used without us after the handover.
Can I trigger processes from my phone while walking through the property?+
Yes. Using the dispatch feature you can trigger the automations we set up from your phone — for example creating a hotelkit ticket the moment you spot something on your way through the building, without typing at a desk. The workflow then runs through automatically.
Do you also develop custom software in the workshop?+
No. We automate your existing workflows built on Claude and connect your current tools through interfaces and connectors where that makes sense. Developing standalone software is not part of the workshop and can be scoped separately if needed.
Are there ongoing costs?+
Our workshop service is a one-off — no subscription. The only recurring cost is the Claude licence, which you purchase directly from Anthropic and can cancel monthly. We help you choose the right licence tier for your scope during the workshop — of course, we earn nothing on the licence.
